An ex-professional boxer gets a new start when teaming up with an ageing hoodlum and an ex-call girl.

An ex-professional boxer (O`Neal) tries to make a new start when teaming up with a fast talking but ageing hoodlum (Ceaser) and an ex-call girl (Frazier) but soon get more than they bargained for when crossing an adversary from their past.

After assassinating a past lover, a government sanctioned Hitman experiences a crisis of conscience. As a result, he joins a support group, "Hitters Anonymous", to help him quit the assassination business. In the group he meets a colorful collection of Hitters also trying to quit for their own bizarre reasons. Pressured to keep killing by his former boss and materialistic wife, both also Hitters, he struggles to follow his conscience and stay with the program. His only supporter is a beautiful ex-prostitute, recovering Hitwoman who forces him to reevaluate his life. Skeptical of the support group from the start, he abruptly discovers Hitters Anonymous is in truth a government sponsored program designed to terminate Hitmen who want out.

A singer struggles to dance well in rehearsal with her band. A power outage leaves her alone in the studio, reviewing her life, when a mysterious woman appears through the mirror and gives her a pair of Red Shoes. The cursed shoes dance beautifully, but endlessly. The singer is drawn irresistibly into the fey world beyond the mirror, where she must redeem three magic symbols from the mysterious woman in order to obtain release from the cursed shoes.
